Weekly Words Challenge

Peek-A-Boo

Both of my cats love to peek around corners whenever they can. This is Aphrodite peeking into the living room.

Dirty

This past weekend, Eric and I went over to my mother's house so he could power wash the front walkway and back porch. Mind you, this hasn't been done in several years. As you can see in the photo, not only was the walkway really dirty before it got power washed, but Eric also got absolutely filthy during the process.

Stella Cloned

This is my first successful cloning attempt. I know it's not the best, but I don't think it's that bad. Although the tilted horizion is starting to drive me crazy. I might have to go back and fix that...

P.S. I've also decided that one Stella is more than enough!

Dots

I used to wear fun socks all the time. But somehow, all of my fun socks went away and all I have now are white socks and black socks.

I saw this pair the other day and bought them on impulse. I love them! Now everywhere I go, I look for fun socks...

Weekly Words Challenge

So, I took the easy road this week and shot one photo for both words.

Heavy and Light

When we were out on the lake this was the view we had for most of the afternoon. Very heavy clouds on one side and light on the other. I thought this looked really pretty and made Eric stop the boat in the middle of the lake to get this shot.

Eric and I got out on the lake today. It's the first time I've been out this year. I fished a little and even caught a small-mouth bass. (It was a baby, but so what? It still counts!)
